Go to max.com/providers on your computer or phone.
Search for the name of your provider (like AT&T, Xfinity, or DirectTV).
Select your company from the list.
Enter the username and password you use for your provider account.
Create your Max account details if this is your first time signing in.
Select Start Streaming.
Why is my provider not on the list?
Your provider might not offer Max. Check your plan details. Sometimes only specific packages include the service. Contact your provider support to confirm eligibility.
What if I forgot my provider password?
Go to your provider's website. Look for the forgot password link. Max cannot reset this password for you because it belongs to the other company.
Do I pay extra for this?
Usually, no. If your plan includes Max, the cost is part of your bill. If you disconnect the service, you lose access to Max.
Can I switch providers later?
Yes. You can link a different provider in your settings. Sign out of the current account and repeat the steps above with the new credentials.
